Quality Policy

It is our expressed intention to provide a product and service that consistently meets the required quality, conforming to customer requirements and all relevant specifications and standards, in particular with all current relevant legislation.
Our Quality Policy is based on four fundamental Objectives:

1. We believe in TQM and Customer Trust is our Faith.
2. To ensure that the quality of our Products and services consistently meet, if not exceeds, customer expectations, having identified very carefully the needs of our customers and legislative requirements and ensuring that correct procedures are adhered in order to meet the requirements.
3. To ensure that the quality management system is fully effective in concentrating on prevention measures, ensuring Quality Levels at each step, looking at our service provision, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
4. To ensure that everyone understands how to do their job to the standard required, and does it right first time

Health & Safety Policy

We are fully conversant with the latest health and safety legislation and hold BSI OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management certification.
We are fully committed to our duty of care as an employer in providing a safe and hazard free environment. Our policy runs extensively throughout all business operations from manufacturing to administration. We have dedicated personnel in place to ensure health and safety obligations.

Environmental Policy

We are committed to identifying, managing, and controlling our impact upon the environment throughout our entire value-chain. We firmly believe that we must be at the forefront of preventing Pollution in our entire operation before it is produced. We are committed to not only comply with legal requirements but go much further. We are dedicated to the incorporation of sustainable practices across all our operations wherever possible thus promoting our Zero Waste initiative.

We always Endeavour to do everything we can, to ensure every customer has the best possible experience. However, we know from time to time things can go wrong. If that happens, please let us know so we can put it right.
